Nicole & friends had a surprise birthday party show by DUZIE . . . the amazing EduTainers this afternoon. Her parents booked us for her special celebration. The party, originally planned for the back porch, took place in the garage with every age of friend and relative.
Our DUZIE amazing EduTainer Show included our amazing rope show, and featuring Nicole, taught 3 different rope knot tricks, tricks that you can do at a grocery store with coins, a story & magic illustration about showing love to your friends, balloon twisting taught to all the kids (Nicole on the right is featured in the photo on the right with her purple dog and friends), rocket puzzles for all the men, ziplock bending for the ladies, a straightjacket illusion, and slydini scarves for the grand finale!
We loved to be able to help Nicole and her family and friends celebrate her special day . . . the DUZIE way!

Laurie Shaffer (my cousin) took this photo and wrote this on her facebook photo album:
”We stopped at Suzie and Danny’s in Marlette, they were holding a Duzie day camp and had 21 teens in their back yard 9:30-2:30, are they nuts or what! They even had the teens cooking their own meals, learning to water color, woodworking, etc. Very Cool!”
Today Don Potter (Dan’s Dad) turned 71 years old. Dan & I went out with Dad & Mom Potter to Frankenmuth, to cash in their “birthday dinner” coupons for a free chicken dinner!
So we ate chicken dinner, and got mega full of great chicken, then walked around a bit of the city of Frankenmuth, mostly at River Place. Mom & I got reed diffusers (mine Papaya Mango scent), and some beads at the bead shop. The guys just walked and waited for us girls. It was a fun afternoon / evening together. Happy Birthday Dad!
